NETWØRK WRITE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 28, 2026

NETWØRK WRITE is a Chrome extension built exclusively for the NETWØRK community. This policy explains what data the extension collects, how it is used, and what it does not do.

What We Collect

What We Process But Do Not Store

What We Do Not Collect

Data Storage

Authentication tokens and user settings are stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API. Usage counts are synced to our server to enforce monthly limits. No text content is ever stored server-side.

Third-Party Services

Text submitted for processing is sent to a third-party AI provider via our server. The AI provider processes the text and returns a result. We do not control the AI provider's data handling — their own privacy policy applies to data they receive. No other user data is shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's core functionality.

Data Retention

Usage counts reset monthly. Authentication tokens expire and are refreshed automatically. Rate limiting data expires after 60 seconds. No user data is retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You can sign out at any time from the Settings screen, which clears your local authentication data. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of your server-side usage data, contact us through the NETWØRK community.

Changes

We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
